Strategy

Our Early Action

Our inaugural programs and partnerships are built on a strong foundation of early childhood scholarship, practice, and innovation, with a commitment to cross-sector collaboration and sustained community engagement. Our priorities include:

  • Education and Development. Preparing the next generation of early childhood policymakers, leaders, scholars, and practitioners through fellowships, expanded academic programs, and professional learning.

  • Systems Solutions Lab. Developing our lab to co-create equity-driven policies with communities, pilot and scale solutions, and build data-sharing tools supported by analytics and a statewide collaborative learning network.

  • Narrative Change, Measurement, and Impact. Advancing early childhood equity through an infrastructure that amplifies shared values, funds collaborative projects, measures progress, and demonstrates real impact across California’s early childhood ecosystem.
